A: Yes! All jammers are export controlled and we must get approval from the British Government to export a jammer to you. To get export approval we may need you to fill out an End User Undertaking form. We will handle all of the paperwork for you.
A: Our jammer systems are supplied ready to fit. They simply bolt into a vehicle. Our jammers are very high power and they need a strong power supply. You may need to fit a second alternator or use batteries in your vehicle. We can give you advice on how to do this, or we can arrange to fit the systems for you.
A: Jamming distance depends on many factors. Usually, the better intelligence you have on the threats being deployed the better we can engineer the outcome for the end users. Our advice is to not get obsessed with jamming distance. Good outcomes are far more dominated by reliable equipment, well-designed waveforms, threat intelligence, good training and looking after your equipment than jamming distance.
A: Yes, we use an international shipping agent to ship our products to you globally. We handle all the paperwork, you might have to pay local taxes in your country.
A. Yes, we design and manufacture all of our products in our office in the UK. We do not buy in product from China and we are not reselling Chinese equipment.
A. If the product is under warranty then it must be returned to MD1 at the buyer's expense. Alteration or misuse of the product will nullify the warranty.
A. We maintain an approved supplier list. Suppliers of products, materials and services are selected on their ability to meet the company's requirements given due consideration to the quality, statutory obligations, timescale and cost.
